Sky City

Sky City is a mixed development project that will draw an iconic landmark in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.

Sky City forms a part of the 6 acre integrated mixed development which comprises 2 blocks of commercial suites, 1 block of 5 star hotel and Grade A offices,and a lifestyle mall.

The three towers of the complex will be among the highest in the city and for this reason, they have been designed to be iconic and a new landmark.

The lower floors house a shopping centre and above it, a centre for recreational activities for children, a tower for residential use, a residence and a mixed tower in which there are office spaces and a 300-room 5-star hotel with an adjoining conference centre.

The project is dubbed “Sky City” as it takes advantage of the height of the complex and moves the common services to the top floors of the towers. The high-altitude life, from which one can enjoy unique views between the sea and the volcanic Mount Kinabalu, thus becoming a distinctive sign.
