Mind Village Renovation

The MIND Village project involved the redevelopment of the Fruit and Spice pavilions as well as two service wings located within the Expo2015 area. The project envisioned a mix of uses, functions, infrastructure, and high-density services: various tertiary functions such as managerial, commercial, co-working spaces, laboratories, business incubators, and accelerators. Specifically, the pavilions underwent a complete upgrade of the building’s amenities, ensuring a comprehensive renewal of the layouts. Additionally, due to the change in functional use, it was necessary to create a new entire electrical and mechanical plant distribution network in compliance with the changed design requirements and the regulatory requirements necessary for drafting the Design Development.

Our activities involved supporting the entire design process for drafting the Design Development plans for the entire electrical and mechanical plant network of the intervention, developing the BIM models in compliance with international standards defined in consultation with LandLease.
