Horti

Milan, Italy

The project is located in the heart of Milan, just steps away from Porta Romana. It involves the redevelopment of a 19th-century religious complex, converting it into a luxury residential neighborhood. Designed by Michele De Lucchi, the project respects the spirit of the place and enhances the original 19th-century lines in a residential context.

The entire complex is certified as energy class A and registered as LEED Gold. The intervention features multiple structures of different construction types and periods. It includes new buildings, renovations maintaining only the facade, and restorations carried out in complete respect of the existing structures. The most iconic part of the intervention is a deconsecrated church, whose exterior appearance has been preserved unchanged. The project also includes underground condominium services comprising a private gym and SPA.

Our involvement included supporting the company and the workers throughout the construction process to draft the graphic documents. These documents were then updated upon completion of the work as As-Built documentation.
