ENI Headquarter

The New ENI Headquarters was built in San Donato (MI) and consists of a complex of buildings with an area of 65,000 square meters, in addition to an underground parking platform of 35,000 square meters. The size and complexity of the project required a strict data and information management methodology, in which the Simplex Team adapted alongside the designers and the internal staff of Panzeri S.p.A.

The BIM Revit software was used as a complex geometric and informational database useful for construction management activities, first for the creation of construction documents and later for the As-Built documents. Specifically, the activities initially provided support to the designers through a critical analysis of the project material produced based on the construction activities and then a survey of what was built to reproduce the conditions on-site in the BIM models for the related extraction of documents.

All the different plant systems were developed in their entirety, from the power plants to the terminals and equipment in the individual environments.
