D’Residence

This two residential high rise buildings are developed on a hilly side in the green and quiet area of Donggongon.

Modern stripes that run on the facades of the building, give a dynamic and vibrant outlook to this project.

The layout of the complex has been designed to make the most of the potential offered by the hilly landscape of the Malaysian city and to enhance the views of the surrounding area. The facade has a modern design that makes the complex recognizable.

This ribbon that wraps around the façade is equipped with green portions, amplifying the depth effect and, in doing so, hides the balconies of the individual housing units increasing the comfort for those who will live there.

The upper floors of the towers are planned as duplexes with housing units of greater value.
