One Za’abeel Tower

One Za’abeel is a multi-complex development launched in 2017 by Ithra Dubai. The estimated total value of the project is AED 3.5 billion. The construction contract was awarded to the local-based contractor Alec. The consultancy team for the project was selected in 2014, the architecture design was made by Nikken Sekkei.
The total built-upon area of One Za’abeel is 5,166,677 sqft and it will comprise two commercial and residential towers featuring: the Residences, a mix of 1, 2, 3-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses; the Gallery, a F&B and high-end retail spot on 129,166 sq. ft of GLA; the world’s first urban vertical resort One & Only One Za’abeel offering 404 guest rooms, 94 serviced apartments and Spa & Fitness Retreat.
One of the most distinctive and attractive features of One Za’abeel is The Link, the world’s longest sky cantilever. Located 328 ft above the ground, it has a large swimming pool, lounges and Michelin restaurants, viewing decks and a 656 ft long viewing platform.
